About
Trium Novem is a leading platform in the construction and project management space, trusted for its structured approach to high-stakes infrastructure coordination. The challenge was to redesign its internal dashboard—an essential tool used daily by admins and project leads; to improve usability, reduce friction, and bring clarity to complex data interactions.
Through close collaboration, we conducted a full UX audit, mapped user behaviors, and introduced a clean, modular system that brought hierarchy and visual balance to a cluttered space.
Challenge
The original dashboard was powerful; but overwhelmingly structured and hard to navigate through. Information was densely packed, inconsistently styled, and hard to scan. Admins struggled to find key data points quickly, and workflows like role assignment, unforeseen event logging, and expense configuration were unintuitive.
My task was to transform this experience without compromising functionality. This meant simplifying inputs, improving navigation, and applying thoughtful visual design to guide users seamlessly through their tasks; as well as adding new features like notifications, HR panels, and AI analytics and forecast.
Results
The redesigned Trium Novem dashboard launched with overwhelmingly positive feedback.
Users now move through key operations; like expense categorization and incident management, with ease and confidence. Navigation is intuitive, the visual hierarchy is clear, and overall usability has significantly improved.
The new design not only reduced admin time but also reintroduced joy and clarity to a once-frustrating experience.
